The package prices are in BGN per room per night for weekends or weekdays for a minimum of 3 or more nights and include:

• Free access to the thermal zone at Orbita SPA Center – 2 indoor pools for children and adults, and one outdoor pool with a temperature of 30°C, sun loungers, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, aroma steam bath, ice bucket, relaxation area with an open fireplace;
• Modern fitness center with options for professional fitness and nutritional consultations;
• Cocktail bar with current winter offerings;
• Entertainment play area for children aged 3 – 11.99 years;
• Outdoor parking;
• Free Wi-Fi internet in common areas and hotel rooms;
• 9% VAT and tourist tax;

Maximum occupancy – regular and additional beds:

• Luxury Room – 2 adults /2 regular beds/ + 1 child up to 3 years in a crib;
• Deluxe Room – 2 adults /2 regular beds/ + 1 child up to 11.99 years on an extra bed;
• 1-Bedroom Apartment – 2 adults /2 regular beds/ + 1 child up to 11.99 years on an extra bed or 3rd adult + 1 child up to 5.99 years;
• 2-Bedroom Apartment – 4 adults /4 regular beds/ + 2 children up to 11.99 years on extra beds or 5th adult + 1 child up to 11.99 years.

Child and third adult accommodation policy:

• For single occupancy, the guest receives a 10% discount on the package;
• Children up to 5.99 years are accommodated free of charge in the room with 2 fully paying parents, according to the indicated room capacity. For children up to 2.99 years, we provide free cribs with bedding upon request;
• For 1 child from 6 to 11.99 years on an extra bed, there is an additional charge of 55 BGN/night;
• For 1 child up to 5.99 years and a 2nd child from 6 to 11.99 years, accommodated with 1 adult, the room price equals the double occupancy rate;
• For 1 adult and 2 children 6 – 11.99 years, the price is calculated as for two adults;
• A child from 0 to 5.99 years on a regular bed in a room with one adult is accommodated free of charge, and the room is charged as single occupancy;
• A third adult in a Deluxe Room and 1-Bedroom Apartment on an extra bed is charged 85 BGN/night.

Reservation, cancellation, and payment conditions applicable to the package:

• The reservation is guaranteed upon prepayment of 1 night within 3 days after reservation confirmation
• If the period between confirmation and check-in is less than 3 days, payment is made on-site at the hotel
• For cancellations up to 7 days before the check-in date, the prepaid amount is refunded by the Hotel
• For cancellations 7 days or less before the check-in date, the prepaid amount is retained by the Hotel as a penalty
• For shortening the stay at the Hotel, the client owes a penalty of 1 night
• The Hotel reserves the right to offer different packages during national and official holidays
• The prices are not valid for group reservations.
