Booking policy


In order to make a reservation at Orbita SPA Hotel, some of your personal data is needed – name, address, and telephone number. The data provided by you is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and is processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. The information you provide will only be used in connection with your booking and will not be used for any other purposes.

Guests of Orbita SPA Hotel can check in after 14:00, and rooms should be vacated by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and are subject to a surcharge. Please contact the Reception if necessary.

Checking-in at Orbita SPA Hotel is done by presenting an identification documents proving the identity of the guest who made the reservation, as well as a tourist voucher (if any).

Pets are not allowed.

Online booking policy

All online reservations require a guarantee prepayment.

The reservation is successful when you receive a confirmation of a successfully completed reservation and successfully withdrawn amount from your credit or debit card which you used to pay the required deposit.

If you have entered the data from your card incorrectly, the availability on your card is insufficient or there is a technical problem due to which the required amount cannot be withdrawn, then the reservation will be considered invalid.

Types of reservations according to the prepayment policy:

1. Standard reservation

A standard reservation requires a prepayment for the charge of the first night at Orbita SPA Hotel, and the rest of the amount due is paid at the hotel reception upon check-in.

2. Non-refundable rate reservation.

This type of reservation gives an additional discount on the price according to the offer, but a full 100% prepayment of the booking amount is required.

In this case, the withdrawn guarantee amount for the booking is not refunded to the customer in case of a cancellation of the booking.

In case of a no-show from the client, the prepaid deposit is deducted from the hotel at 100%.

Cancellation of reservation

In case you need to cancel your reservation, the cancellation must be in writing. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days before the day of your arrival, you will be refunded the full amount (if you have used a bank transfer to make the payment).

Last minute cancellation is considered as such if made 24 hours before 12:00 on the day of arrival.

Cancellations for public holidays are accepted up to 14 days before the day of arrival.
