The prices are in LEVA per room per night and include:
- Comfortable accommodation and rich breakfasts with delicious dishes prepared with natural products from our own farm;
- Free access to the thermal area in SPA Center Orbita – 2 indoor pools for children and adults, 2 outdoor pools for children and adults with a temperature of 30 degrees Celsius, lounges, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, aroma steam bath, ice bucket, relaxation area with an outdoor fireplace;
- Fun children’s corner for entertainment for children aged 3 – 11.99 years;
- Outdoor parking;
- Free WI-FI internet in public areas and hotel rooms;
- 9% VAT and tourist tax;
- Maximum occupancy – regular and extra beds:
Deluxe Room – 2 adults / 2 regular beds / + 1 child up to 3 years old in a crib; Superior Deluxe Room – 2 adults / 2 regular beds / + 1 child up to 11.99 years old on an extra bed; 1-Bedroom Apartment – 2 adults / 2 regular beds / + 2 children up to 11.99 years old on an extra bed or 3 adults + 1 child up to 11.99 years old; 2-Bedroom Apartment – 4 adults / 4 regular beds / + 2 children up to 11.99 years old on an extra bed or 5 adults + 1 child up to 11.99 years old.
***Policy for children and third adult accommodation:
For single accommodation, the guest receives a 10% discount on the package; Children up to 5.99 years old stay free of charge in the room of 2 paying parents, according to the stated room capacity. For children up to 2.99 years old, we provide free cribs with bedding, upon request; For 1 child aged 6 to 11.99 years old on an additional bed, an extra charge of 35 BGN / night applies; For 1 child up to 5.99 years old and a second child aged 6 to 11.99 years old, accommodated with 1 adult, the room rate is equal to the rate for double occupancy; For 1 adult and 2 children aged 6 – 11.99 years old, the price is calculated as for two adults; A child from 0 to 5.99 years old on a regular bed in a room, with one adult, stays for free, and the room is paid for as single occupancy; A third adult in a Superior Deluxe Room and a 1-Bedroom Apartment on an additional bed pays 45 BGN / night.
Reservation conditions, cancellations, payments, valid for the package:
The reservation is guaranteed by prepayment of 1 night’s stay within 3 days after confirmation of the reservation; If the period between confirmation and check-in is less than 3 days, payment is made on-site at the hotel; For cancellations up to 7 days before the check-in date, the prepaid amount is refunded by the Hotel; For cancellations 7 days or less before the check-in date, the prepaid amount is retained by the Hotel as a penalty; In case of shortening the stay in the Hotel, the client owes a penalty of 1 night’s stay; The hotel reserves the right to offer different packages during national and official holidays; Prices are not valid for group reservations.
